First Class on Monday

I have decided to write about the American system of justice and how i believe they need to reform to ensure that criminals are properly punished. I have a bone to pick with the justice system because i do not agree with a lot of the punishments they give to "criminals". I would like to make a point and show that our justice system is flawed and many of their choices and actions are wrong.

    Okay, but what's the question your research is looking to answer? It seems as if you've already made up your mind on the subject.

    Also, how's your working bibliography coming a long. Let me know if I can be of any assistance to you.

    Chelsie,

    In addition to my comment above, I'm concerned about the likelihood that your topic is too broad. Certainly. there are many cases of lenient sentences; however, there will be many, many cases of appropriate penalties handed down. What will this prove, beyond what we already know?
